I’ve known about Global Celebrations trips since 2010 or so, but never felt a stirring to go. So why this one and why now?
One reason is to prepare myself for the long term in the context of my current season. I’m not shy to admit that most of the time short term mission trips are more for the takers than they are for the local residents that we will encounter.
